What Is Regression Hypnosis Therapy?
Regression hypnosis is a type of hypnosis therapy developed with the aim of freeing you from the negative effects of past experiences. The past has the power to shape present-day thoughts, feelings, and actions -- and that power can be limiting and handicapping.
